Stuffing & Stripping:
Our skilled crews load (stuff) export cargo into containers and unpack (strip) imports right at our terminal. We handle all container sizes (20ft, 40ft, high-cube) and ensure secure packing. Need to mix LCL shipments or do multi-drop deliveries? We offer groupage consolidation to maximize cargo fill.

Container Storage & Maintenance:
We have dedicated yards for empty and loaded containers. Shipping lines can park chassis here, and clients can store full containers awaiting pickup. Our on-site workshop performs container repairs – from door hinges to full tank modifications – and we offer steam cleaning and fumigation services. All containers in our care are kept secure under 24/7 surveillance.

Cargo Handling Equipment:
To manage high volumes, MDP uses modern material-handling machinery. Our fleet includes rubber-tired gantry cranes (RTGs), reach-stackers, forklifts (electric and diesel), and heavy-duty container trailers. We have crane capacity of up to 40 metric tons for heavy lifts. This equipment ensures quick yard turnaround and safe handling of even the heaviest loads.

Direct Rail Loading:
Uniquely, we can move containers between road and rail without leaving the facility. Our rail siding allows direct loading of containers onto rail wagons bound for Beira or beyond. This reduces handling steps and costs, making multimodal transport highly efficient.
